Ariana Grande @ Wells Fargo Center 3/26

Pop star Ariana Grande recently released details about her 2019 “Sweetener World Tour”. The tour includes a stop here at the Wells Fargo Center next March 26th. The tour is her second celebration of her most recent album, as she recently completed a series of small, intimate shows known as “The Sweetener Sessions”. It has been an eventful year for Grande who released Sweetener in August, and also notably became engaged, and subsequently separated from comedian Pete Davidson.
Grande’s Sweetener marks as her most successful album commercially, and her best in terms of sound. The album featured more song writing from Ariana herself than any of her previous works, and the young singer did not disappoint. This shift comes through as the album is decidedly more personal, and less “hit-oriented” than we have seen before. Grande reflects on herself whether it is struggles with anxiety on “Breathin”, feelings of love on “Everytime”, or a self-celebration “successful”, making the project sound real. She also enlists the help of Pharrell Williams who produced seven tracks on the album. Grande shows us a wide range of talents including boasting her literally four octave wide vocal range to impress on her fourth project. Tickets go on sale this Sunday, November 5th at 10:00 AM, so be on the lookout this weekend.
