Disturbed @ Wells Fargo Center 2/18

Chicago metal band Disturbed has announced a stop in Philly along their upcoming 2019 world tour. The show will be on February 18th at the Wells Fargo Center. The tour is in support of their most recent album Evolution, released just last weekend on October 19th. The album is a big one, as it marks not only the band’s first release since 2015, but also bassist John Moyer’s return after performing with metal supergroup Adrenaline Mob. In addition, Canadian band Three Days Grace will be joining Disturbed along the tour.

Disturbed’s newest release Evolution lives up to both its name, and the high expectations of one of the most popular metal bands this side of the century. The album includes an array of methods for the group to show off their vast talent. Between hard hitting songs reminiscent of the sound that made the band who they are today such as “Are You Ready?”, and the more soul touching pieces like “Already Gone”, each member conveys their growth through the last few years. Although Disturbed fans likely wouldn’t want to admit it, it seems as time away from the band on and off over the course of the last six years really did help the group to mature as artists, and it shows in the best of ways on Evolution. Don’t miss the chance to see Disturbed on their first stadium tour, another mark of accomplishment for the storied band. Tickets go on sale October 26th at 10:00 AM.
