Misfits founder and heavy metal superstar Glenn Danzig will be performing at the FivePoint Amphitheater in Irvine for his band’s only California appearance of 2018. Danzig the band is scheduled to perform on Sat. November 3rd along with The Damned, Venom Inc., The Meteors, Power Trip, and Mutoid Man. Make sure you purchase your tickets quickly this Friday, July 27th before they sell out. Ticket prices for the Hell Bash will range from $19.50 – $66.60. Not a bad price range for an incredible lineup. The event will begin at 5:45 PM so make sure you arrive early so that you don’t miss any of the bands on this historic day.
Nearly 10 years prior to founding Danzig the band, Glenn Danzig founded the legendary punk rock group the Misfits. The rock band evidently had great success touring all around the world, however, this success was put on a delay with the group members disbanding in 1983. Soon after the separation of the Misfits, Glenn Danzig founded Danzig the band, or at the time were called Samhain. Since then, the band has thrived throughout all the years with their 11 album discography. Various tracks topped music charts while the others were featured in movies like in The Hangover series.
It’s been said that Danzig’s 2018 tour might be the last of the band’s performances for a while. Glenn Danzig stated that the reason for this was to focus on other musical projects that he’s been working on. With that said, this should give you yet another incentive to attend this event. Not only will you get to experience one of the Danzig’s last performances, but you will also be able to rock out to all the other great bands in the lineup.
