It was produced by Grammy Award winner Mike Elizondo, who also produced other big stars such as Eminem, Twenty-One Pilots, and The Regrettes, as well as the film composer and former Marilyn Manson guitarist Tyler Bates who helped composed the superhero blockbusters Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 & 2, as well as Deadpool.

The deluxe hardcover puts all the issues #1-6 together making up the Dark Nights: Metal monthly series.
