MØ Announces New Album Forever Neverland for October 2018 Release and Debuts New Song “Sun In Our Eyes Featuring Diplo”

According to a recent press release, rising Danish music star MØ has announced the release of her second studio album which will be out October 19th via Columbia Records. Titled Forever Neverland, the album feature production work from electronic producer extraordinaire Diplo. When talking about the new album, MØ states that “Diplo and I are long time collaborators now. One of the many reasons I love working with him is because I always feel like it’s a free and creative process and I always like the end product. We both loved ‘Sun In Our Eyes’ from the beginning and what makes it special to me is that it’s a combination of the two ingredients I’m always craving in music: uplifting and melancholy vibes.”

In preparation for the release of her upcoming album, the Danish star has already released her first single off the album called “Sun In Our Eyes.” Check it out below.

The song is accompanied by an official lyric video full of tin foil waves and sandy oceans that opens with a simple piano progression before MØ begins singing. As the chorus enters, drums pick up the pace and beat, giving a relative feel of summer vibes and squinting eyes behind sunglasses. If you were looking for a new song to dance to at your friend’s pool this summer or a song to listen to as you cruise the Pacific Coast Highway then I think you may have found it. This song is a perfect blend between Diplo and MØ that gives off an energy of breezes and friends.

Forever Neverland is MØ’s second album after her 2014 debut of NO Mythologies to Follow. After four years of touring and festival appearances, MØ has amazingly and beautifully gifted us the next chapter in our summer music.
