Industrial rock legend Raymond Watts, otherwise known by his stage name <PIG>, has just dropped a new music video for his song “The Chosen Few,” in fittingly pastoral fashion. With stark contrast from the track’s anti-religious lyrics, the music video plays like a psychedelic, messed up televangelist special.

But there’s more to becoming part of “The Chosen Few” than just turning your back to religion. The cut features characteristically hypnotizing, grinding beats accompanied by the crunchiest of guitar riffs, all serving to darken the tone of Watts’ distinctive voice.

The song is the opening track to <PIG>’s upcoming record, Risen, which will be dropping this coming Friday, June 8, 2018, via Metropolis Records/Armalyte Industries. The album is reportedly 14 tracks of unadulterated <PIG>, with support including several guest collaborations from the likes of Tim Skold (Marilyn Manson, Motionless In White), Ben Christo (The Sisters Of Mercy, Diamond Black), Z.Marr (Combichrist), En Esch (KMFDM) and Oumi Kapila (Filter).

<PIG> has also announced that he will be visiting the United States come this fall with English post-punk/industrial legends Killing Joke, with a series of headlining shows across the way.
