Uni Shares New Video For “The Girl Who Has It All”

Uni have shared a new video for the song “The Girl Who Has It All” via The 405. The song is now available for pre-order on transparent green vinyl and is set for a May 18 release along with a celebration show at Rough Trade in Brooklyn along with Warby Jets and Moonwalks.

The song is a wall of sound that features classic rock and roll guitars, dominant percussion and beautifully care-free vocals that sound like they come from a different decade. The video is a throwback to the days when music videos ruled MTV and the band uses excellent claymation to make you the viewer feel nostalgic.

Uni was founded by singer songwriter Charlotte Muhl in 2017 when she joined forces with vocalist Nico Fuzz and guitarist David Strange to create an innovative psychadelic sound. They released their debut 7’’ single “What’s the Problem” on Chimera Music in November of 2017 and they have released videos for the songs “Mushroom Cloud,” “DDT” and “Adult Video” as well.

The band has gained new fans recently with their psychedelic posturing and glitter-rock approach at festivals such as SXSW. They will follow their Brooklyn show with a tour starting in June that hits cities such as Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Denver.
