Arcade Fire were accompanied by a few special guests for their April 12th show at London’s Wembley Arena, one of the most notable being The Pretenders’ Chrissie Hynde, who came out to perform the band’s classic song “Don’t Get Me Wrong”.
Hynde later returned to the stage to for the encore performance of “Wake Up”, along with other guest artists Bryce Dessner of The National and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
Arcade Fire are currently playing the London leg of their Summer 2018 tour called Everything Now Continued. They will be making their way through Europe during the remainder of April and June, before landing in the United States in July. They have also been busy promoting the tour and new album with the release of a short film named Money + Love and a set of satirical t-shirts featuring the album’s logo on the faces of Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
