Chvrches Releases Steve Mac Produced New Song “Miracle”

Chvrches are at it again. The band has released a new song titled “Miracle” off of their new upcoming album Love Is Dead. The song is the fourth one released from the album, following “Get Out,” “My Enemy,” and most recently ” Never Say Die.” The song is produced by Steve Mac, who has made chart-topping hits including Ed Sheeran’s Grammy-nominated “Shape Of You” In a press release, the band discusses working with the producer. They state “Steve is such an intuitive writer with such a killer ear for melody and working with him felt very easy and natural. He makes space for everyone in the room and really pushes people to try things and go outside of their comfort zone, in a good way.”

The song is pop-euphoria, with lead singer Lauren Mayberry discussing telling the truth and telling no lies. “Ask me no questions, I will tell you no lies, careful what you wish for. We’re looking for angels in the darkest of skies…I’m not asking for a miracle,” Mayberry sings. Listen to “Miracle” below:

The new album, Love Is Dead is set to be released may 25th with Glassnote Records and will be hitting major festivals across the globe, including Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival, New York’s Governors Ball, Chicago’s Lollapalooza and Barcelona’s Primavera Sound. Check out the band’s itinerary below:
