Kaaboo Festival Announces Alt-Rock-Heavy 2018 Lineup Featuring Foo Fighters, Alice in Chains and Stone Temple Pilots

“Kaaboo is everything a typical music festival is not,” claims the event’s official website, but what it is this year, is an alt-rock lover’s paradise. One of the bigger events of the summer, the festival returns to Del Mar, California September 14-16 for its fourth annual year with a round of performers rock fans should be happy with — Foo Fighters, Robert Plant, Alice in Chains, Billy Idol and Stone Temple Pilots being some of the most well-known.  They will be performing with long list of other performers at what is being billed “an adult escape,” with plenty of amenities and attractions, including artisinal cuisine,  spa services, contemporary visual art,cabanas, dance clubs and luxury bathrooms.

Imagine Dragons and Katy Perry will co-headline Kaabo Del Mar with the Foo Fighters at what is being described as one of the more diverse line-ups in the festival’s history. Artists like Halsey, Post Malone, Wiz Khalifa, N.E.R.D., Incubus, Earth Wind & Fire, Gucci Mane, Slash (backed by Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators),  Blondie, Jimmy Eat World, Cake, Nelly, Big Boi and others, are a raucous mix for an eager audience of an expected 100,000.

Over its last three years, the annual fest has featured performances by iconic music acts like Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, P!nk, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ice Cube, Aerosmith, the Killers, and Snoop Dogg and many others.
