FLOOD magazine is holding their space for the fourth year running at Cedar Street Courtyard for SXSW 2018 – they’ve just announced this year’s edition of their annual multi-day concert series! All the listed shows are free with RSVP or a valid SXSW music badge, running from Wednesday, March 14th to Friday, March 16th. Attendees will be treated to free shows from bands like Australian breakout double-ARIA winner Amy Shark with her 2017 EP Night Thinker, Spanish high-energy indie rock foursome Hinds with a new album due out just after the festival in April 2018, Los Angeles rockers Starcrawler with their newly released self-titled EP, newly-independent Scottish pop vocalist Nina Nesbitt, and Kurt Vile – former guitarist of The War On Drugs and accomplished musician in his own right including a recent collaborative album with Courtney Barnett, who played Floodfest back in 2015. There’s plenty more where that came from, in addition to a few still unannounced special guests – read on for the link to RSVP and for full event details!
