You may have noticed a strange video earlier this week, a strange musical tease by Courtney Barnett. You then may have noticed a large amount of billboards popping up around the world followed by a mysterious delivery of vinyl records to indie record stores with a single titled “Nameless, Faceless.” Well now, all the strings have connected as Courtney Barnett has officially announced new details regarding her second studio album Tell Me How You Really Feel. In fact, a new video for the lead single “Nameless, Faceless,” ha been released and can even be viewed below. Check out the spectacular video supporting her newly announced album below. The video was animated and directed by Lucy Dyson. The vide0 features lovely and quirky scrapbook-esque animation with the main focus removed eyes and mouths and placed with very beautiful intention. It is definitely one of the most fun and engaging video so far in 2018.
In support of the May 18th release of her upcoming album Tell Me How You Really Feel, Courtney Barnett and her supporting band will play a small amount of intimate warm-up-type parties this May with tickets on sale now.
