LCD Soundsystem have announced two more dates to be added to their prolific spring 2018 West Coast headlining tour. The Grammy winners will play a third show due to popular demand at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley on April 29. All three shows, April 27-29, will be supported by TV On The Radio.
The band have also added an intimate show at the Observatory in Santa Ana on May 1. This is a rare opportunity for fans as the venue seats 550, a much smaller crowd than usual for the Brooklyn band.
The tour will round up with two dates at the Hollywood Bowl May 4 and 5 with special guests Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
The band’s single “tonite” won the award for Best Dance Recording at the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards, making it the bands first ever Grammy award. The single is from their fourth album American Dream released on September 1.
Tickets for the new dates will be on sale to the public Friday, February 9 at 10AM PST. Check lcdsoundsystem.com for further information.
