Mark Kozelek Announces New Self-Titled Solo Album for May 2018 Release And Shares New Songs “This Is My Town” and “My Love For You Is Unbound”

According to the Sun Kil Moon website, member Mark Kozelek has announced a new self-titled solo album that is set to release in May of this year. Alongside his announcement, Kozelek has also released two new songs off his aforementioned album titled “This is My Town” and “My Love for You is Unbound.” The album will be released under Caldo Verde Records and was recorded at Mark Hopkins Hotel, Seal Rock Inn, and Hyde Street Studios.

Born in Massillon, Ohio, Mark Kozelek has had his hand on all aspects on music, but is most known for his work with the indie-folk group Sun Kil Moon. While with the Sun Kil Moon, the group recorded eight studio albums. Kozelek is also a founding member of the band Red House Painters, which he recorded a massive six albums with.
