There are few alternative rock bands that soared throughout the 80’s and 90’s like Faith No More did. Their legendary run including 1989’s The Real Thing, 1992’s Angel Dust, 1995’s King for a Day… Fool for a Lifetime, and 1997’s Album of the Year made for some great concert material by the end of the 90’s, and Faith No More did not disappoint.

In an incredible addition to the FNM live catalogue, AM VHS Series has brought, for your viewing pleasure, remastered edition of the Faith No More gig at the Esparrago Rock Festival, held on April 4, 1998, in Granada, Spain. The show, featuring a lineup of Billy Gould, Jon Hudson, Mike Patton, Mike Bordin and Roddy Bottum, was one of the last recorded Faith No More concerts before the band’s dissolution a few days later.

Though the band has reformed since then (and has again entered an “extended break”), none of the magic or exclusivity is gone. From the original 16 song setlist, the video contains 6 tracks, including “Midlife Crisis,” “Last Cup of Sorrow,” “We Care A Lot,” “Just A Man,” “Get Out” and cover of Sparks‘ “This Town Ain’t Big Enough for Both of Us.” Check out the 25 minute video below.
