Savannah Stopover Music Festival has announced the lineup for their 2018 event from March 8th to March 10th. This lineup includes of Montreal, who have release Rune Husk, Wild Child, who have performed at the Brookyln Bowl, and Larkin Poe.
According to the press release, the festival heads into its eighth year of three day festival. The festival continues to hosts its event at Savannah, Georgia as the festival grows. The organization is done by MusicFiles Productions and other partners, sponsers, volunteers and vendors.
This year’s lineup includes Acid Dad, Bat Fangs, The Bones of JR Jones, Cape Francis, Charles Fauna, Combo Chimbita, Crumb, David Barbe & Inward Dream Ebb, Escondido, FRIGS, Grandchildren, Gus Dapperton, Honduras, Illegal Drugs, Jon Stickley Trio, KOLARS, Larkin Poe, Liz Cooper & The Stampede, Lola Marsh, Michael Nau (Cotton Jones), The Nude Party, of Montreal, Okey Dokey, Plastic Picnic, pronoun, Public Access TV, Pylon Reenactment Society, Ratboys, Ruby Velle & The Soulphonics, Sam Lewis, Sarah Shook & The Disarmers, Shopping, The Sh-Booms, SLEEPWALKERS, The Trongone Band, The Vegabonds, Vundabar, The War and Treaty, Wild Child, and Zuli. Tickets range from $25 to $149, with a single day being $34, two days being $59 and three days $79. Most venues are for the age 21+, but there are venues that are open to the ages under 21. There are available accommodations that the festival has recommended, that are close to the festival and affordable.
UPDATE (1/18): The festival has added more to the lineup, creating a list about 80 bands, as the second wave is introduced. In this second wave, the lineup will include Nikki Lane, Colter Wall, The Cave Singers, Kemba, Yonatan Gat, Zeshan B, Caroline Rose, Lilly Hiatt, Stoop Kids, Vita and the Woolf, Becca Mancari, Sun Parade, Cicada Rythm, Wild Moccasins, Mo Lowda & The Humble, DEGA, White Violet, Neighbor Lady, Future Generations, Colin, Grace Joyner, A Deer A Horse, French Vanilla, Wilder Maker, Pauses, The Muckers, The Birthday Club, Nation Of Language, and The Medium.
