Jane’s Addiction, the American rock band from Los Angeles that had paved the early 90s with some memorable music has laid it low these past few years. Fans who have been around since the beginning will be getting an early Christmas present when the band announced that they will be doing a couple of December shows as part of a newly announced tour. Aside from an appearance at Kaaboo Festival this year, these five dates are the band’s first live shows since the band played their anniversary shows in 2016 that saw the band celebrating their 25th anniversary of their album Ritual de lo Habitual.
The band will make a stop at the Marquee Theatre on Wednesday, December 27 which tickets for that all-age show will be available to purchase through Lucky Man on Friday, November 3rd and will be around $83 to $115. For those wanting to ring in the new year right should buy tickets for their New Years Eve show at the Belly Up
Jane’s Addiction isn’t promoting a new album nor are they celebrating an anniversary of some kind. The band will be performing a variety of songs from their long career since they came together back 1985. The December tour will feature three of the original four members including Perry Farrell (vocals), Dave Navarro (guitar), and Stephen Perkins (drums).
