Fever Ray Releases Chillingly Creepy Video for New Song “Wanna Sip”

Fever Ray is unhinged in release of new music video for “Wanna Sip.”  Karin Elisabeth Dreijer, a.k.a. Fever Ray, is also known for her part in The Knife, an electronic duo comprised of herself and her brother. The siblings disbanded in 2014 but recently reunited for a concert film tour called Shaking The Habitual. The Swedish singer seems to have a pattern of sinister themed music videos, as her last video for “To The Moon and Back” is equally if not more disturbing. The creepy video features a strange demon-like woman staring at camera as they pan over her face for the duration of the song.  An eerie, simple video for a rather buoyant yet chilling song.

“Wanna Sip” is taken from Fever Ray’s new album Plunge. Check it out below.

Amber Washington: Graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, majored in Media & Professional Communication. I play tennis and am always on the lookout for new music, very grateful for Apple Music. I composed music for a few months in college while living in New York which further sparked my passion for a career in the music industry. Live music is one of my all time favorite things to experience; First Avenue is my favorite venue, might be bias since I was born and raised in Minnesota. Happy ears, happy years.
