Power Trip Performs Motörhead Track With Hatebreed Vocalist Jamey Jasta at Loudwire Awards

Crossover artist Power Trip just took home Best Metal Song of the Year for “Executioner’s Tax (Swing of the Axe)” at the Loudwire Festival in Los Angeles this week. Fans got to see the big winner perform Motorhead’s 1980 track “(We Are) The Road Crew,” from Ace of Spades at the award show alongside Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta. Watch the amazing performance below.

This year the group released an album entitled Nightmare Logic , where the best metal song of the year derived from. Click here to check out another fan favorite from the record, called ““Executioner’s Tax (Swing Of The Axe).”

The group is currently on their fall 2017 tour where they just finished with the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento. The tour will span over two months, and they will finish in New Orleans, LA in early December.
