The band Oh Sees have recently released an animated Halloween-themed music video for their song, “Nite Expo”. The animation was drawn by Alex Theodoropulos, the video is about band member John John Dwyer’s childhood loves. John explains this in further detail:
“Animation and role-playing games were a huge part of my youth, so I was really excited to work on this with Alex Theodoropulos and make a fun Halloween video that harkens back to the real simple times. Imagination running wild and no thoughts of a heavy world. So, for now, a momentary break and happy Halloween.”
John Dwyer has another album coming out soon, under the name OCS, which is a collaboration with former bandmate Brigid Dawson. The band will be performing a few shoes through out California which they’re describing as “A mellow sit-down set with John Dwyer, Brigid Dawson, Tim Hellman, Paul Quattrone, Tom Dolas.” Check out the full tour dates below.
