Randy Blythe of Lamb of God Joins Fear and Bad Brains on Stage at Growlers Six

Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blithe and Bad Brains, along with Dez Fafara of DevilDriver joined hardcore punk band Fear onstage during The Growlers Six festival in San Pedro, CA this past weekend. With mosh pit going strong in the front row, the group performed three songs together including Fear’s “Lets Have A War” from their 1982 album The Record. Lucky for us, there’s live footage of insane clips from the performance, courtesy of Dez Farfara’s and his Instagram page.

Curated by The Growlers, the two day festival also had headliners which included Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Dan Auerbach, and Danny Brown. In the spirit of Halloween, costumes were “encouraged” according to their website.

This summer, Lamb of God went on tour with Slayer and Behemoth. Recently, Randy Blythe humorously called Donald Trump an “an Infuriated Orange Bowl of Sherbert.”

I was raised in the bay area, and am thrilled to be living back in California. Catch me at your local music festival, because there's nothing better than laying back in the grass and listening to your favorite bands or discovering new ones.
