Every Time I Die Member Being Sued By A Fan

If there’s one thing metalcore band Every Time I Die is known for is their enthusiastic behavior. Whether making hits like “Low Teens” or touring throughout the country, Buffalo natives Keith Buckley, Jordan Buckley, Andy Williams, Stephen Micciche and Clayton Holyoak always make sure to display a high level of intensity however they share their music. However a high level of energy that can’t be controlled can land people into trouble.

Accorgint to reports from ThePRP Every Time I Die’s guitarist Jordan Buckley has currently facing lawsuit for allegedly injuring an audience member. ABC’s WXYZ Detroit reported that a woman identified as Tonya Ross suffered a concussion and neck fracture after Buckley allegedly jumped into the audience during a live performance and landed on her head. It has been said that the incident took place at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, MI.

Yet and still while Ross‘ attorney have went to the local press first, Buckley has confirmed that he has yet to be served and first found out about it on Twitter:
