All Points East Festival To Replace Field Day and Lovebox Festivals and Announces 2018 Lineup Featuring The xx, The National and The War On Drugs

From the curators of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival comes All Points East, brand new music festival set to take place in Victoria Park, London next May. The only confirmed headliner so far is London-based outfit The xx, but additional acts on the lineup include The National, The War on Drugs, Future Islands and Warpaint. Tickets for the event will go on sale on Friday Nov. 3 directly through the All Points East website. One-day, Two-Day, and Three-Day passes will all be available for purchase.

Festival organizers AEG and Goldenvoice recently won the rights to host events at the Victoria Park venue, over Lovebox and Field Day who had held festivals at the site in the years prior. Field Day made an announcement saying they’re changing the location for the June 2018 event as they will not be holding the next festival at its traditional East London home of Victoria Park.

Earlier this month The xx performed at the III points festival and released new music video for “I Dare You” starring Paris Jackson and Millie Bobby Brown from Netflix’s hit show Stranger Things.

Artists like LCD Soundsystem, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Phoenix, Lorde, Beck and Father John Misty suddenly make this festival a who’s-who of the biggest names in indie/alternative music.
