The Cults are an indie-pop duo from New York City. The band consists of Brian Oblivion and Madeline Follin. Both are on vocals and Oblivion also plays guitar and percussion, they are joined with a live band at their shows. The two formed back in 2010 while they were both students at different schools in New York.

The band has released three albums and one EP. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2011. Very recently, they released their third album, Offering, on October 6th. The Cults are currently signed to Sinderlyn Records.
