Real Estate Postpone Tour Dates and Release New ACLU Benefit Song “In Time”

Real Estate has postponed the fall tour and has released a song “In Time” that will be of ACLU benefit. This follows the band’s release of In Mind.

In a Facebook post, Alex Bleeker shared why they’re not ready to initiate the tour yet, stating “As Real Estate, we always strive to bring you the best possible live show, and for a mix of unforeseen reasons both personal and professional, we’ve realized that we weren’t going to be able to do that on this upcoming run.” The band has move some of the shows to February, specifically the shows in Colorado, California and Arizona. The note ends with with the band apologizing for the move and hoping that those who got the ticket could make it to the new shows, along with the promise of new music and more tour dates.

The band has also released a thirteen minute song “In Time”.  According to Under The Radar, the song is part of a cassette release along with “Two Arrows” and “Two Part” that will come with a pair of shoes designed by Keep, a foot ware company. The net proceeds from the sales will be donated to the American Civil Liberties Union.

The song begins the first couple of minutes with smooth repetitive  guitar which is later supported by electric beats. After “In Time” can be listened to below.
