In the past couple of years Canadian synthpop artist Thomas Arsenault, better known as Mas Ysa, has been supplying his fans with new twisting electronic music such as his second studio album Seraph on 2015, Worth 2016 and has just recently dropped his brand new EP Untitled. Well it seems that Mas Ysa is not letting up and has come bearing more gifts for his fans. The Canadian synthpop artist has also dropped a short film that compliments each of the five tracks on Untitled.

According to Pitchfork, the short 15 minute film was directed by Danny Shapiro who creates complimentary visuals that are parallel to each track on Untitled. The video begins with a woman driving with a dog in her arms as the first track of the EP “MapQuest” plays throughout the back. The next track “Hold Out” as we see a woman in the forest hanging out with a horse which goes into the next scene where we find three women in a diner conversing with one another. On “Untitled (Lake Hill, NY)” we find a man laying down on the floor breathing & stretching which leads to the next visual track “Face” where we see a man tending to a garden & actress Lena Dunham dancing in a living room to Mas Ysa’s music. The final track “Appeal To The Panic” a man riding on stationary bike. Below you can checkout Untitled‘s short film.
