Arch Enemy Travels To Sweden In New Video for The Eagle Flies Alone

The last time we heard from Arch Enemy, the Swedish death metal group had announced that they were preparing to release their tenth album Will To Power and are co-headlining “While She Sleeps” tour with Trivium that begins late October and ends early December. Arch Enemy’s own Michael Amott spoke about the group’s bright future stating “Very much looking forward to returning to North America with this tour! We are aware that it has been long overdue and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we’ve been creating our new “Will To Power” album.” Well it looks like Arch Enemy is so grateful for their fan’s patience that have recently decided to share their brand new video for their second single “The Eagle Flies Alone.”

According to The PRP, Arch Enemy has recently dropped the visuals to their second single “The Eagles Flies Alone.” Directed by Patric Ullaeus, the video takes place in the Scandinavian mountains with frequent shots of an eagle has the background while the death metal group rocks out on the mountain top, singing about how roaming alone like the majestic bird allows them to go against the norm and prepare for battle with those in high positions who control the world. When speaking on the video Amott stated “We shot the video with our director Patric Ullaeus in Sweden on the coldest outdoor shoot I can recall ever doing! The end result was totally worth it, it turned out beautifully. I guess sometimes you really have to suffer for the art!” Below you can checkout Arch Enemy’s new video “The Eagle Flies Alone.”
