Hope Sandoval and the Warm Inventions to Release Son of A Lady EP in September 2017

Those who can’t get enough of the collaboration between Mazzy Star/My Bloody Valentine members as Hope Sandoval and the Warm Inventions are in luck. According to listing on Recordstore.co.uk, the band — which features Hope Sandoval of Mazzy Star and Colm Ó Cíosóig of My Bloody Valentine — will be releasing a four-song EP titled Son of A Lady on September 15, 2017. The pre-order page specifies that the physical release will be on 10″ vinyl and released via Tendril Tales (Sandoval’s own label).

The short album will feature three new songs: “Sleep,” “Son of a Lady” and “Antiquity.” Also appearing on the record will be an alternative, acoustic version of the song “Let Me Get There,” which features Kurt Vile. All of the songs are from the band’s Until the Hunter sessions. Other collaborators on the EP include Dirt Blue Gene, Mariee Sioux and ‘Artist General’ Michael Masley.
