The Early November has performed music ranging from emo rock to pop, showcasing their wide range of talent. Hailing from New Jersey, the American rock band formed in 1999 and continued to release music since then. The band’s latest album, 15 Years, was released back in January 2017. The band found early success with their debut EP, For All This, and their popularity has grown ever since. Multiple members of the band went on to release side projects while the band was hiatus. The Early November is currently signed with Rise Records.
Early November released their debut EP, For All of This under Drive-Thru Records. In 2003, the band continued to tour while writing music. The Early November released their debut studio album, The Room’s Too Cold, in the fall of 2003. The band worked hard for three years on their highly anticipated 3 disc album, The Mother, the Mechanic, The Path in 2006. The album was their highest chart topping to date, debuting at no. 31 on Billboard 200. The Early November played their last show at the Trocadero in Philadelphia in 2007. The band went on hiatus, leaving in a possible reunion tour in the future.
In 2011, The Early November announced on their website they were performing at the Electric Factory in September. After the sold out show, the band announced they were working on a new album. In 2012, The Early November released their first album, In Currents, in 6 years. The Early November went on to perform at various festivals during the year including Never Say Never, Vans Warped, and SXSW. The Early November released their last album, 15 Years in January 2017.
