According to THEPRP, Between The Buried And Me announced that they have begun working on a new album on social media last night. The band shared photos from their first session yesterday. The album will be their 9th full-length project since their debut in 2002. Band member Dan Briggs told us in 2013 when they were making Coma Ecliptic that they do their best writing at home and not on the spot. We also spoke to him in April this year, where he told us the band’s writing process is still the same, but he also discussed his new album with the band Nova Collective called The Further Side. For Between The Buried And Me, the band released a DVD from their tour for their album Coma Ecliptic. They also recently performed at the Blastfest Festival with the Devin Townsend Project. Before they continue recording their next album, the band will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their Colors with a tour in the fall.
