Low Flying Hawks Releases New Song About Resilience And The Power Of The Human Mind “Smile”

Low Flying Hawks have released a new song “Smile”, which will be a part of the upcoming album Genkaku.

The song, along with the album was produced and recorded by Toshi Kasai. This song specifically, along with “Space Wizard”, features Melvins frontman King Buzzo. The song starts with a series of background voices and a slow repetitive electronic guitar that becomes more static and heavy. The frontman’s vocal matches the slow pace as the song progresses with its repetitive drum beats added to the electronic mix. The  AAL and EHA have said “‘Smile’ is a song about looking forward when all is falling apart. It’s about resilience and the power of the human mind, how one thought can make it all black and the next one can light up the sky.” The song can be listened to below.

According to the press release, there have been positive sayings about the new song by The Obelisk, and AAL and EHA.
