Jake Miller @ The Fillmore 9/25

Pop singer and rapper Jake Miller recently released his second album, 2:00 am In LA this past June.  The pop superstar is one of the young exciting artists on the rise in the music world.  After his debut album, Us Against Them in 2013, Jake Miller rose in the charts and even headlined his first nationwide tour in support of the album. In 2017, Jake Miller became an independent artist with the release of 2:00 am In LA. Jake Miller has another tour, Back To The Start tour to begin later this year.

In early 2011, Jake Miller won a music contest which he received $35,000 to help launch his music career. Jake’s career took off after opening for acts like Mac Miller, Flo Rida, and Asher Roth. The same year, Jake Miller performed at the annual Y100 Jingle Ball show. Other acts included We The Kings and Cody Simpson along with many others. Jake Miller collaborated with the pop band Big Time Rush on their single, “Lost in Love” for their album 24/Seven. Jake released his highly successful EP Spotlight on July 29, 2012, with the single, “What I Wouldn’t Give”. Jake Miller released his debut album, US Against Them, through his new record label Warner Bros. Records. Jake Miller released his third EP titled Dazed and Confused on November 4, 2014 under Warner Bros. Jake went on tour in the summer of 2015 in support of the album. Jake Miller next EP, Rumors, was released during his Dazed and Confused tour. The EP became the highest selling album during its first week.

In 2016, Jake Miller released a 7-track EP called Overnight. During the rest of the year, Jake Miller went on tour with pop girl band Fifth Harmony on their 7/27 Tour. In December 2016, Jake Miller was named radio personality Elvis Duran’s “Artist of the Month”. Jake Miller made his live tv debut on NBC’s Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb, preforming “Overnight”.

Donovan Wilkins: Donovan Wilkins is a self-taught photographer and published writer. He lives in Glenside after moving from his hometown of Philadelphia. After studying Liberal Arts at CCP, he decided to focus his time on his writing and photography. In 2016, Donovan completed his first feature-length screenplay, The Coast is Clear. During his career, Donovan worked on a small budget film in Philadelphia as part of a writing team. Since then, he has written various short screenplays.
