Hardcore and metal band Dead Cross just released a brand new music video for a song on their forthcoming album, and announced their tour openers as Secret Chiefs 3 for the Summer 2017 tour set to kick off in August in Santa Ana, CA. On Aug. 4 the group will be dropping their self titled album but luckily fans will have something to binge watch until the anticipated release comes. Their newest music video for “Seizure Desist” is all animation and contains gnarly hand-drawn images of creepy crawlies, sawing people in half, and Donald Trump.
“The artist who created our album art, Eric Livingston, came up with this video,” said group member Justin Pearson. “As far as I’m concerned, It sums up the current social and political climate of today. For a lot of humanity, this world is a mean motherfuckng place. The video captures the severity of the times we live in, as well as a means to communicate beyond basic language using iconic imagery, campy techniques, historical relevance, as well as a glimpse into the future.”

Dead Cross released their first single in May entitled “Grave Slave,” another track that’ll get fans juiced up for the forthcoming album that seems to be guaranteeing headbangers, judging by the material released so far.
Secret Chiefs 3, led by guitarist/composer Trey Spruance of Faith No More has been providing fans with a variety of musical styles since they got together in 1999. In March the group released two new songs called “The System of Antichrist,” and “Bereshith,” in order to fund three new upcoming albums.
