American rapper Big Boi has announced his fourth studio album Boomiverse, set to be released a little later this month on June 18. Notable features on the album include Killer Mike, Gucci Mane, and the Rap OG himself Snoop Dogg. Pop singer from Maroon 5, Adam Levine, is also an unlikely collaborator to the album, with his feature on track number three entitled “Mic Jack.” Big Boi just released a new video for the song, following his explosive performance on the Voice with Levine. 2017 is proving to be a busy year for Big Boi. Along with the upcoming new album, the rapper is slated on several festival lineups including the Hopscotch festival alongside Run The Jewels and Chalice Music and Arts Festival with Ice Cube and Thievery Corporation. He has also teamed up with several other notable artists to make new material. He made video for the new song “We the Ones,” with CeeLo Green and collaborated with Run the Jewels and Danger Mouse for “Chase Me.”
