Dead Heavens Release Grooving Slab of Rock with New Song “Adderall Highway”

Pysch-punk project Dead Heavens consisting of front-man  Walter Schreifels of Vanishing Life, Gorilla Biscuits, Rival Schools, Quicksand, and more, Paul Kostabi of Youth Gone Mad, White Zombie, Psychotica, Drew Thomas of Youth of Today, Bold, Into Another, and Nathan Aguilar released their new single “Adderall Highway.”

When asked about the inspiration behind the song, Schreifels discusses how Germany’s hyper-efficient autobahn system and the wind in their hair at 120 MPH was the push they needed to get the song together. Whatever Witch You Are, their first full-length album in the works, plays effortlessly as a new-classic blues rock album but it also adds in some fresh new sounds to the mix. There sound is honest and refreshing and fans of the artists involved will really enjoy that.

As the title makes clear, Whatever Witch You Are enjoins us to radically accept this darker magic, and to accept the power which it will bring. Be sure to check out the album when it drops later this year. Also check out the song and catch them as they do a quick summer tour.
