It is always exciting when a band has new music coming and Melvins are no exception to this fact. Their new double album A Walk With Love and Death is set for release on June 7th and according to Loudwire, they have released the first single off of this album “Christ Hammer.”

With some tension in the song and a cascading chorus, it is clear to see that this song is going to match the title and become a quick hit for the band.

According to drummer Dale Crover, the album is a real trip and you “Will sleep with the lights on after listening.” The band is going to take you on a psychotic trip throughut the whole album so be prepared because this album is not for the faint of heart.
