In a series of tweets, Devin Townsend, who is currently on summer tour, has revealed that he will be working on four new albums.
According to THEPRP, there were three tweets posted for this announcement. The tweets are shown below.
In a recent interview, the artist had stated that he feels done with The Dein Townsend Project’s sound, or at least change it into something else, saying “”To be perfectly honest, I think I’m really close to the end of that style. Maybe not the end of it, but it feels like it really needs to morph into something else and Transcendence was almost like, literally that – a transcendent piece of work so that I can move onto the next thing. And what that is I’m currently battling – if you wanna look at it that way – to find out what that direction is.”
The artist has tweeted before about the release of his previous album Epicloud.
