The Stray Birds have been around for a while. After meeting in Pennslyvania, the group started producing their own music. In a seven-year span, The Stray Birds have released three albums and performed over five hundred shows. They are known for their harmonic songs and low soothing music. The Stray Birds released their debut album, Borderlands in 2010 and The Stray Birds in 2012. The Stray Birds are playing Boots and Saddle this summer.
The Stray Birds have been named as one of the top up and coming artist in the music business. While known for their music, the band is also known for their songwriting abilities. The Stray Birds have played shows all over the world along with playing with other bands. In 2016, The Stray Birds released their new album, Magic Fire with the help of Grammy-winner Larry Campbell. The album broke into the Billboard charts. The album debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Bluegrass chart. The album helped launch The Stray Birds into the limelight.
