The American rock band Chevelle is making their way to The Fillmore in Philadelphia. After last year’s release, Chevelle is looking to give their fans a show. Over the years, Chevelle has released seven studio albums and show no sign of stopping now.

Chevelle released their debut demo in 1998 under the title, The Blue Album. Prior to signing with Squint Entertainment, the band played local gigs at bars and festivals. Their first studio album wasn’t released until a year later. Their album won the GMA Dove Award for Hard Music Album in 2000. After the release, Chevelle went on tour with various music bands during the summer. Their second album, Wonder What’s Next gained more success than their debut album. The single, The Red peaked at number three on various rock charts. On Billboard 200 chart, Wonder What’s Next debuted at number 14 in the United States. The album was certified gold by RIAA in 2003.

Chevelle spent the next few years playing all over the world. The band toured Europe with rock band Audioslave in 2003 and Disturbed in 2004. While on the road, Chevelle recorded their third album which was released later in the year. Chevelle has made themselves a household name in the rock music business.
