Amber Coffman has recently a song called “No Coffee”, a single which will be a part of the upcoming solo album City of No Reply.
The artist was formerly a part of Dirty Projectors, but according to SPIN, has recently released a statement that explained the departure. She says “I consider it a loss to no longer be involved with Dirty Projectors, but ultimately walking away was the only healthy choice for me.”
According to the press release, the song is described as “a bright lament and intricately layered ode of real longing.” Even though the song is a contrast to the artist’s song “All To Myself”, this song brings out an strong emotion similar to the previous song.
