Anytime a bell rings, a festival announces their lineup. That’s the saying right?
This time around is the OFF Festival, the alternative music festival located in Katowice, Poland. The festival, which has hosted a kaleidoscope of artists both American and international ranging from Neutral Milk Hotel to Warpaint to The Smashing Pumpkins to Run the Jewels and Yung Lean, has been going strong since 2006 and has steadily grown to become one of Europe’s most attractive indie/alternative festivals.
For 2017, OFF continues with its diverse lineup of artists from a variety of regions and genres. The three headliners include Swans, PJ Harvey and Feist. PJ Harvey will also be out on her own spring tour after making an appearance at this year’s Forecastle Festival, while Feist is set to release her new album, Pleasure, this summer and will also be making an appearance at the Field Trip Festival this year. Talib Kweli will join as the sole hip-hop act.
