The Brooklyn-based pop band Charly Bliss stops by Boots and Saddle this upcoming May. Charly Bliss released a new single, Glitter, this past February. After the release of their new single, Charly Bliss announced the release date of their new album, Guppy, this year.
Charly Bliss consist of Eva Hendricks, Spencer Fox, Sam Hendricks, and Dan Shure. In their debut year, Charly Bliss released an EP consisting of three songs. Their EP came with a comic book series with it. After the presidential election, Charly Bliss released a song in protest of Trump’s election. The song, Turd, was well received throughout the nation. The same year, Charly Bliss released another single, Ruby, which made it’s way to the top of various charts. Over the years, Charly Bliss has been described as a very different pop group. In the world full of mainstream pop, Charly Bliss stand alone. The amount of passion that goes into Charly Bliss lyrics and music are unknown.
During the start of their career, Charly Bliss has released three singles, one EP, and on the verge of releasing their first studio album. Charly Bliss has stated Blondie and Pixies as their biggest influences in their music. Charly Bliss has opened for multiple bands, which only boosted their status in the music world.
