As has become customary over the last few weeks, Passion Pit has released another track on Youtube titled “For Sondra (It Means the World to Me).” This is the 10th song to be released from what is presumed to be Michael Angelakos’ latest Passion Pit album, Tremendous Sea of Love. The song begins with an extended three-minute piano-led instrumental introduction before transitioning into a delicate acoustic guitar-and-vocals for the powerful closing minute, with lyrics like: “She became my sun, my moon; she’s my evergreen … For mother you knew / Your love kept on hurting me / But you’re my family.”
Along with the song, Angelakos has been very active on Twitter, stating that the best part about Tremendous Sea of Love is that as the press begins to lose interest in the project, his fan-base has only become more involved and engaged in the new material.
the best part about TSOL: the press engagement steadily decreases, the fan engagement steadily increases. it's absolutely incredible.

He also took the time to express his gratitude and thank the fans that shared the music he has been releasing over the last month or so, stating that they are the reason the music is heard.
All of the songs have been posted to an unofficial Youtube account called The Wishart Group. It just so happens that The Wishart Group is also the new organization that the musician announced earlier this year. The organization is dedicated to support artists, particularly in the realm of mental health – a very important cause for Angelakos.
Other songs released from the album include “To the Otherside,” which was accompanied by an essay on mental health, “TSOL,” a demo titled “Undertow,”, “You Have the Right,” “I’m Perfect,” “Moonbeam” and “Hey K,” and the two songs it all began with, “Inner Dialogue” and “Somewhere Up There.”
