J.Cole @ Oracle Arena 7/14

Rapper J. Cole is making a stop on his tour in Oakland this summer! He will be performing at the Oracle Arena on July 14th. This concert will be a part of his 4 Your Eyez Only Tour, which he will be traveling all over North America and parts of Europe.

Cole is known as the protege of rap god Jay-Z, but he has come into his own right to the rap scene in the last 5 years. He recently released his hit album 4 Your Eyez Only at the end of 2016 and it has been ranking high on the charts ever since. The album has the popular songs Neighbors, Deja Vu, Immortal, and Change. My particular favorite off that album is Foldin Clothes and Vile Mentality. Previous to this, J. Cole has dropped four other studio albums and four other EPs. This isn’t even including his other work where he’s featured in other amazing songs. His debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story introduced his strong and intricate ability to weave complicated lyrics and still maintain a playful tone. His hit songs off that album are Work Out, Nobody’s Perfect, and Can’t Get Enough. From there his career has only skyrocketed and he has continued to turn out hit songs that catch both critical and radio acclaim. Other hit songs J. Cole has put out include No Role Modelz, Wet Dreams, Power Trip, Crooked Smile, and G.O.M.D.

Fans of Kanye West, Big Sean, and A$AP Rocky will be down and already in the know for this amazing show. J. Cole has won countless awards and was even nominated for a Grammy, if that sheer amount of recognition doesn’t spark your interest to empty your wallet his sick rhymes and his stage presence should help reel you in to become a fan. So come spend some money with me and I’ll catch you at this show.
