Recently, fans of Lana Del Rey were delighted when they found out that she was featured on The Weeknd’s newest album Starboy on a track titled “Stargirl Interlude”. Now she has returned with her own music through releasing a new song titled “Love”.
This is the first time that Del Rey has released anything new since her last album effort Honeymoon. The singer songwriter chose to keep things in house on this upcoming project by working with her longtime producer and collaborator Robert Nowels. The album also features production from Benny Blanco and Rick Haynie but details on who will be featured in the album have not been released yet. Del Rey had this to say about the upcoming release, “I made my first 4 albums for me, but this one is for my fans and about where I hope we are all headed”.
Del Rey has had a career that many artists only dream of and a faithful fanbase that is sure to be there every time she gears up to release something new.
Fans of Del Rey can look forward to seeing her perform at the Way Out West festival in August of 2017. She last released new song in June of 2016 titled “Super Movie“.
