Gojira Announces Summer 2017 Tour Dates

While no one was looking Gojira went and had an incredible 2016. The metal outfit dropped their Magma album to exceptional critical and commercial success. That success also garnered them multiple Grammy nominations, and to capitalize on their growing momentum they have announced new tour starting this May.

Kyng will open for the first two shows, and the tour will have a revolving door of artists come out to support them on their North American trip. Deafheaven, Code Orange and Opeth are all scheduled to join in on the fun throughout the run.

New Orleans will kick off the first show and will wrap up in Columbus, Ohio before Gojira goes on tour with Metallica and Avenged Sevenfold as the opening act.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, the 17th (tomorrow) at 10 am local time. Check out the full dates and link to snag your tickets below. There’s also a chance to still catch them this winter if May sounds a little too far off.
