Jain @ The Fillmore 4/10

Jain comes to The Foundry this spring!  The French singer-songwriter has a few stops in the U.S. on her world tour, making her appearance here in Philadelphia even more special.  Jain is a rising star in France and soon the world will know her name.

Jain released her debut album, Zanaka, in early 2015. The next year, Zanaka was certified Gold in France. Jain is more than a singer or any other songwriter. While traveling, Jain learned how to play various instruments from other countries. Jain has a certain feel to her music which can’t be taught. Jain’s soft spoken word mixed with pop beats makes for a great album. While on tour with Yodelice, he helped produce Jain’s first EP, Hope, in 2016.

Jain love for the music and the world shows through her music. Jaden Smith, the son of actor Will Smith, featured her song, Makeba, his radio show back in 2015. Overseas, Jain has her songs being played on the number one broadcast channel in Poland. Most of Jain’s Zanaka album can be traced back to African music. Jain isn’t afraid to experiment with different sounds and showcase it to the world.
