Sun, surf and laid-back vibes are what The Expandables are made of. They bring sun rays of California to the east coast when they hit the stage at TLA this March. After releasing their new single early this year, Stay Now featuring Eric Rachmany, The Expandables look to keep the way of surf rock and beach vibes alive!
The Expandables first hit the scene back in 1997 with Geoff Weer, Adam Patterson, Raul Bianchi and Ryan DeMars. Their laid back and reggae vibes with catchy vocals them made great on the west coast. Their first 3 albums sold over 40,000 alone. While touring in 2007, The Expandables continued to gain fans and the respect of other artists. Their mellow songs earned them the #30 spot on the Billboard’s Independent chart in 2012. Over the years, The Expandables would continue their relentless touring with other bands.
The Expandables blurs the lines between rock and reggae. After releasing six albums since the early 2000s, The Expandables still know how to rock a show. Various influences like Pepper, Passafire, Sublime can be heard through their music. The Expandables show no signs of slowing down anytime soon!
