Interestingly enough, this blend actually works. And it works exceptionally well. The blend of course is something many might not have heard of or even thought of before but that’s part of what makes Tiger Army so unique and exciting to listen to and to see. The psychobilly rock band has been blending genres and gaining more and more attention since the band’s inception in 1996, headed by the only current original member, Nick 13 out of Berkley, California.
Over the years Tiger Army has sold out numerous venues including the House of Blues in both Hollywood and Anaheim while touring with the likes of Dropkick Murphys and Morrissy, heading many shows across the world. In 2007 they released on of the years best punk rock albums “Music from Regions Beyond”. This album birthed the hit single “Forever Fades Away” that reached number on LA based radio station KROQ charts and was performed live on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Tiger Army will be holding court at the Teragram Ballroom on Wednesday February, 8th a for festive affair of punk and psychobilly rock and roll with TSOL and No Parents joining in the fun. The new tour follows their fifth album release appropriately titled “V” which was released March 2016.
