Red Bull Sound Select has just announced their schedule for their 2017 3 Days in Miami show hosted at The Hanger in Downtown Miami.

The festival will begin on the 23 of February and will run for the allotted three days, ending on February 25. The lineup is brimmed with several emerging acts as well as some of today’s top artists. The first night will include acts such as headliner Angel Olsen, Bernice and Charlotte Day Wilson. The second night will be headlined by Goldlink with support from acts such as Pell and Twelve’Len. The final night of the festival will be headed by Kelela and supported by Hariet Brown and Brika. With the musical influences ranging from Soul and electro-folk on the first night to 80s synth sounds the last, these couple nights in Miami will be hard ones to miss.

Tickets for the shows go on sale today to Red Bull Sound members for a mere $15 and will be released to nonmembers soon. Red Bull Sound Select has partnered with guest curators, like local Miami promoters Poplife and TesJulz and Canadian Label Arts & Crafts. Red Bull Sound Select is an artist based program that works to try and bring in more successful and notable music acts to their local music scenes to lend a hand other artists from that scene. It also helps to support musicians by giving them the opportunity for things such as in-studio collaborations, mentorship and music distribution.

Ryan Fricke: Music is my therapy, which I could not function without. I am currently finishing my senior year a Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida with a Journalism major and a Creative Writing Minor. I first realized I wanted to become a Music Journalist the minute I learned that I could get paid to do the two things I love most, writing and listening to music. I have yet to decide which I am more infatuated with but for the time being I will happily house them to their stalemate. My plans after graduation are unclear but I hope to further gain experience in this profession.
